ADEFO Foundation is a Multi Actor Partnership working with a wide range of actors that include CSOs, Government and Private Sector, research and academia, media, donors and communities to facilitate creative innovations to confront community challenges through joint interventions, policy and system change at community level, leveraging the Platform’s convening power. It was deemed necessary to undertake the development of a communication, feedback and complaints mechanism that would be hosted and maintained by the lead agency, at the secretariat, in this case SOCADIDO. The mechanism will ensure that ADEFO members, all related parties and beneficiaries have an opportunity to provide feedback and submit complaints. The mechanism provides guidelines on how communication and complains from within and outside of the ADEFO platform will be handled.
